Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you won't be charged until it ends. After that, Essentials is $1.50 and Pro is $3.00 per user per month.
Every person with a Leavly login - employees, managers, and admins alike. Plans start at 10 users, so a smaller team pays the 10-user minimum ($15/month on Essentials, $30/month on Pro).
Yes, any time from the Billing page. The price difference is prorated, and your data and settings stay exactly as they are.
Yes. Add seats at any time from the Billing page and your monthly total updates to match. Cancel whenever you like - there is no lock-in contract.
New seats are charged immediately and prorated, so you only pay for the part of the billing period that's left. If you add a user halfway through the month, you're charged roughly half of the per-user price for that first month; from the next renewal they're billed in full like everyone else.
