Every person with a Leavly login — employees, managers, and admins alike. You pay $3.00 per user per month for the seats you have, and nothing for seats you don't.
Start the 30-day Pro trial from inside the app and add seats when you're ready. Your data and settings carry over — there's nothing to migrate.
Yes. Add seats at any time from the Billing page and your monthly total updates to match. Cancel whenever you like — there is no lock-in contract.
New seats are charged immediately and prorated, so you only pay for the part of the billing period that's left. If you add a user halfway through the month, you're charged roughly half of the $3.00 for that first month; from the next renewal they're billed in full like everyone else.
